Sewing Workshop
Hej! Jag heter Txell, jag är en internationell volontär på Funkibator och jag är aktivitetsledare för syverkstaden! Du är varmt välkommen att delta hos oss på fredagar från kl. 14:00 till 16:00. Vi gör olika små projekt varje vecka samtidigt som vi njuter av lite fika tillsammans och pratar om olika ämnen eller lyssnar på musik. Jag pratar inte så mycket svenska, men jag är säker på att det kommer att finnas någon som kan hjälpa till att översätta om det behövs!

Schedule for February:
Friday 7: Book or phone “pockets”.
We will make book or phone pockets to carry them around and “protect them” from harrash objects on our bags or purses (like keys, pens, chargers…) it’s also a cool way to carry your books and phones (:
Oh! Have I mentioned that we enjoy some fika while we sew??
Like always everyone is welcome to work on small personal projects and I’ll be there to help as much as I can!
Friday 14: Fish keychains
We will make fish (or other easy animal) keychains to put on our keys, or our backpacks or wherever you want them!! It’s a good idea to make your own “bag pet” and always know which ones are your keys!

Friday 21: Scrunchies or cool hair ties
We will make handmade scrunchies to tie your hair, just like hair ties but even cooler! This is a good project for beginners and it’s fast and easy to make!! We will enjoy some fika while we sew them (:

Friday 28: Birthday (or decorational) garlands and crowns
We will make garlands for an easy project or fabric crowns for a more complicated project. You can make them for a birthday, to play kings and princesses or just for decoration and fun!
